The hotel room was brand-new and beautifully decorated for spa tub. The breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs for everyone. Comfortable and peaceful location at the other bakery, met expectations. The staff was reasonably good, providing an excellent service.

The location was decent and the staff was affable during the whole stay! The airport was 16 miles away. The rooms were brand-new and reasonably large with the spa tub, everything was perfect.

The room is well-kept and a nice size and with it's own balcony and an adjoining terrace. The setting is peaceful and comfy, so close to train station, the Crowne Plaza, and the restaurant, safe area.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location looked lovely, although we didn't get to use it. The Tiki Bar and seating area here was very nice, and there was even a bakery with nice seating and games to play. The service was fantastic, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The bell staff and housekeeping were attentive and efficient. The room amenities were perfect, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. We also enjoyed the terrace with garden furniture, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area available. The staff took care of any issue right away, and the manager offered to upgrade us to a junior suite. our experience at this hotel was wonderful!

crowne plaza in northbrook always exceeds my expectations. from the friendly staff to the comfy beds and great water pressure, everything is top-notch. the renovated hotel is beautiful and the service is exceptional. it's my go-to choice for a restful stay.

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza was fantastic! I stayed for a weekend trip to Chicago and was greeted warmly by receptionist Terri. The hotel has been beautifully renovated on the inside, and the spacious rooms provided a comfortable ambiance. One of the highlights was the quiet room, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved that there were no noisy in-room air conditioning units. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the addition of a Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, being close to the appointments I had and plenty of restaurants. this hotel has become a favorite for our trips to Chicago.
